Ships between 24 and 48 hours. Please make sure you include and review all relevant address information (floor, suite, apartment #, etc). In the event you need an address correction, please contact us immediately. Include your order number and the correct shipping information. Any orders that need to be re-directed due to an incomplete or incorrect address will be charged a $10 re-routing fee.
We ship via CANADA POST unless otherwise noted. Tracking is NOT included in these shipping rates, and The Grove Collective is not responsible for delayed or lost packages.
Canadian customers will pay GST/PST/HST according to their shipping address provincial rate. We are not currently shipping outside of Canada.
All items at The Grove Collective are made with care, most lovingly handmade. If for some reason you are not fully satisfied, please follow the following instructions:
- Any purchases made online must be returned directly The Grove Collective. We will gladly process an exchange or refund the full amount paid (less shipping charges) within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept returns after 30 days. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and tags.
- We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email
- All sales are final on customized and discounted items.

- For your protection, please use a well-padded box or envelope and a traceable carrier. We cannot be responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping. The Grove Collective reserves the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
